OF THE FEDERAL DEMOCRATIC REPUBLIC OF ETHIOPIA 9th Year No. 46 ADDIS ABABA - 8th April , 2003 CONTENTS Proclamation No. 326/2003 Ratification of the Agreement between the Govern ment of the Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia and the Government of the Hellenic Republic on Cooperation in the Field of Tourism Proclamation Page 2143 PROCLAMATION NO . 326/2003 A PROCLAMATION FOR THE RATIFICATION OF THE AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE GOVERNMENT OF THE FEDERAL DEMOCRATIC REPUBLIC OF ETHIOPIA AND THE GOVERNMENT OF THE HELLENIC REPUBLIC ON COOPERATION IN THE FIELD OF TOURISM WHEREAS , the Government of the Federal Democratic the Government of the Hellenic Republic for the promotion of friendly relations and cooperations among the people of the two countries ; WHEREAS , the Government of Ethiopia has expressed its willingness to develop cooperations in various fields in conformity with mutual benefits ; WHEREAS , the House of Peoples ' Representatives of the Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia has accepted the Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia and the Govern ment of the Hellenic Republic on Cooperation in the field of NOW , THEREFORE , in accordance with Article 55 Sub - Article ( 1 ) and ( 12 ) of the Constitution of the Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia , it is hereby proclaimed as 1. Short Title This Proclamation may be cited as the “ Ratification of the Agreement between the Government of the Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia and the Government of the Hellenic Republic on Cooperation in the field of Tourism Proclamation No. 326/2003 . Ratification of the Agreement Agreement between the Government of the Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia and the Government of the Hellenic Republic on Cooperation in the field of Tourism signed on 20th November 1998 , is hereby ratified by the Government of the Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia . 3. Power of the Tourism Commissioner The Tourism Commissioner is hereby empowered to undertake all acts necessary for the implementation of the Agreement . 4. Effective Date This Proclamation shall come into force as of the 8th day of April , 2003 . Done at Addis Ababa , this 8th day of April , 2003 .
