A PROCLAMATION TO RATIFY THE AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE GOVERNMENT OF THE FEDERAL DEMOCRATIC REPUPBLIC OF ETHIOPIA AND THE GOVERNMENT OF THE STATE OF KUWAIT AGRICULTURE COOPERATION
WHERE AS, the Agreement between the Government of the Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia and the Government of the State of Kuwait on Agriculture Cooperation was signed in Addis Ababa on the 21st day of July 2009 ;
WHERE AS, the House of the Peoples ' Representatives of the agreement at its session held on the 23rd day of May 2017 ,
NOW THEREFORE, in accordance with Article 55 (1) and (12) of the Constitution of the Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia, it is hereby proclaimed as follows:
