This Regulation may be cited as the “ Dissolution of Lalibela Engineering and Construction Enterprise " Council of Ministers Regulation No 113/2004 2. Dissolution Lalibela Engineering & Construction Enterprise es tablished under the Council of Ministers Regulation No. 157/1994 is hereby dissolved : 3. Transfer of Rights and obligations The rights and obligation of Lalibela Engineering and Construction Enterprise established under the Council of Ministers Regulation No. 157/1994 are hereby trans ferred to Kality Construction Materials Production En terprise Established under Council of Ministers Regulation No. 45/1998 . Effective Date This Regulation shall come into force as of the 31st day of August 2004 .
