A PROCLAMATION TO APPROVE A LOAN AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE PROVISIONAL MILITARY GOVERNMENT OF SOCIALIST ETHIOPIA AND THE INTERNATIONAL FUND FOR
AGRICULTURAL DEVELOPMENT
WHEREAS, a Loan Agreement between the Provisional Military Government of Socialist Ethiopia and the International Fund for Agricultural Development providing for the granting Provisional Military Government of Socialist Ethiopia of a loan of an amount in various currencies equivalent to thirteen mil lion nine hundred thousand Special Drawing Rights (SDR 13,900,000) to finance the Second Agricultural Minimum Pack age Project was signed at Rome on the 7th day of January,

WHEREAS, the said Loan Agreement has been submitted to the Council of Ministers for approval and has obtained its
NOW, THEREFORE, in accordance with Article 5 (6) of
nal Military Administration Council and the Council of Minis ters Proclamation No. 110/1977, it is hereby proclaimed as follows:
1. Short Title
This Proclamation may be cited as the " International Fund for Agricultural Development Loan for the Second " Agri cultural Minimum Package Project Approval Proclamation No. 204/1981. ”
