REGULATIONS ISSUED PURSUANT TO THE CUSTOMS IMPORT AND EXPORT DUTIES PROCLAMATION, 1943 AS AMENDED
1. Issuing Authority
These Regulations are issued by the Minister of Finance pursuant to the authority vested in him by Article 5 (a) of the Customs Import and Export Duties Proclamation No. 39 of 1943, as amended.
These Regulations may be cited as the " Customs Tariff (Amendment) Regulations, 1972. "

The term " Tariff " as used in these Regulations shall mean the Revised Import and Export Tariff published in Legal Notice No. 153 of 1951, as amended.
Repealed and Replaced Articles
Articles 98, 139 (2) (a) (4), 42 (a) (3), (a) (7) and (b), 163 (a) and (b), 168 (o), 169 (a) and (b), 195 (a) and (b), 308, 329, 338 (a) and (b), 357, 358, 359 (a) and (b), 362 (a), (b) and (c), 364 (a) and (b), 366, 367, 368, 369, 371 (a), (b) and (c), 372 (a) and (b), 376 (a), 377 (b) and 379 of the Tariff are hereby deleted and replaced by the following new articles of the same enumeration:
