Page 514 PROCLAMATION NO . 72 / 1997 A PROCLAMATION TO RATIFY THE ETHIO - KUWAIT ECONOMIC , COMMERCIAL , SCIENTIFIC AND TECHNICAL COOPERATION AGREEMENT WHEREAS , the Agreement on Economic , Commer cial , Scientific and Technical Cooperation between the Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia and the State of Kuwait was signed at Kuwait on the 14th Day of September , WHEREAS , it is stipulated in the Agreement that the titutional requirements thereon are complied with ; WHEREAS , the House of Peoples ' Representatives of the Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia has ratified said NOW , THEREFORE , in accordance with Article 55 proclaimed as follows : 1 . Ratification of the Agreement The Agreement on Economic , Commercial , Scientific and Technical Cooperation between the Federal De mocratic Republic of Ethiopia and the State of Kuwait , signed at Kuwait on the 14th day of September , 1996 is ratified . | 3 . Power of Concerned Federal Organs The Ministry of Economic Development and Cooperation , the Ministry of Trade and Industry , the Ministry of Justice and other federal organs concerned with the fields of cooperation included in the Agreement are hereby empowered to implement the Agreement with regard to their respective fields of activity .
