OF THE FEDERAL DEMOCRATIC REPUBLIC OF ETHIOPIA 9th Year No.57 ADDIS ABABA - 156 May , 2003 CONTENTS Proclamation No. 337/2003 The Swiss Federal Council Air Transport Agreement Ratification Proclamation Page 2182 PROCLAMATION NO.337 / 2003 AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE FEDERAL DEMOCRATIC REPUBLIC OF ETHIOPIA AND THE SWISS FEDERAL COUNCIL WHEREAS , an Air Transport Agreement , between the of February , 2000 ; WHEREAS , it is stipulated in the Agreement that the will have notified each other the fulfillment of their cons titutional formalities with regard to the conclusion and the entering into force of International Agreement ; WHEREAS , the House of Peoples ' Representatives of said Agreement at its session held on the 15th day of May , 2003 . NOW , THEREFORE , in accordance with Article 55 Sub - Articles ( 1 ) and ( 12 ) of the Constitution , it is hereby proclaimed as follows : 1. Short Title This Proclamation may be cited as “ The Swiss Federal Council Air Transport Agreement Ratification Proclamation No. 337/2003 . ” Unit Price The African Law Archive 2 Ratification of the Agreement The Air Transport Agreement Signed in Addis Ababa on the 10 % day of February ; 2000 between the Pederal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia and the Swiss Federal Council is hereby ratified . 3. Power of the Minister of Infrastructure The Minister of Infrastructure is hereby empowered to undertake all acts necessary for the implemen tation of the Agreement . Effective Date This Proclamation shall enter into force on the 15th day of May , 2003 . Done at Addis Ababa , this 15 day of May , 2003 .
