A PROCLAMATION TO RATIFY THE BILATERAL AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE GOVERNMENT OF THE FEDERAL DEMOCRATIC REPUBLIC OF ETHIOPIA REPUBLIC OF DJIBOUTI FOR THE DEVELOPMENT, OPERATION, AND MANAGEMENT OF STANDARD GAUGE RAILWAY NETWORK
WHEREAS, the Bilateral Agreement between the Government of the Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia and the Government of the Republic of Djibouti for the Development, Operation and Management of Standard Gauge Railway Network was signed in Addis Ababa on the 14th day of July 2012 ;
NOW, THEREFORE, in accordance with Article 55 (1) and (12) of the Constitution of hereby proclaimed as follows:
