A PROCLAMTION TO REDEFINE THE POWERS AND RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE PROVISIONAL MILITARY ADMINISTRATION COUNCIL AND THAT OF THE COUNCIL OF MINISTERS
PROCLAMATION No. 110 OF 1977
The Provisional Military Administration Council hereby proclaims as follows:
SHORT TITLE
This Proclamation may be cited as the " Redefinition of Powers and Responsibilities of the Provisional Military Administration Council and the Council of Ministers Pro
COMPOSITION OF THE PROVISIONAL MILITARY ADMINISTRATION COUNCIL
The Provisional Military Administration Council (herein after the “ Council ”) shall be composed as follows:

1 / a Congress consisting of all Council members ;
2 / a Central Committee consisting of thirty two (32) Council members elected by the Congress; and
3 / a Standing Committee consisting of sixteen (16) Council members elected by the Congress from among the members of the Central Committee.
The Council shall have its own Office.
The Council shall have its own rules of procedure.
