1. This Proclamation may be cited as the " Imperial Savings and Home Ownership Public Association (Amendment) Proclamation, 1969 ".

The Imperial Savings and Home Ownership Public Asso ciation Proclamation (Proclamation No. 188 of 1962) is hereby amended by the deletion of paragraph (d) of Ar ticle 16 thereof and the substitution therefor of the follow ing new paragraph (d):
“ (d) The Board of Directors shall determine, from time to time, the rate of interest and other charges to be imposed in connection with loans secured by first mortgages on real estate; provided, however, that:
