GOVERNMENT OF THE REPUBLIC OF TURKEY WHEREAS an Agreement on Economic and Technical
Co - operation, and Trade (the Agreement) was signed between the Transitional Government of Ethiopia and the Government of the Republic of Turkey in Izmir on the 9th day of Septem br 1993:

WHEREAS, the Council of Representatives of the Transi tional Government of Ethiopia has ratified the Agreement ;
NOW, THEREFORE, in accordance with Article 9 (d) and (h) of the Transitional Period Charter, it is hereby proclaimed as follows ;

1. Short Title
This Proclamation may be cited as the " Agreement on Economic and Technical Co - operation, and Trade between the Transitional Government of Ethiopia and the Govern ment of the Republic of Turkey Ratification Proclamation No. 77/1993.
2. Ratification of the Agreement
The Agreement on Economic and Technical Co - operation, and Trade between the Transitional Goverment of Ethiopia and the Government of the Republic of Turkey signed on the 9th day of September 1993 is ratified.
