Page 286 PROCLAMATION No . 51 / 1996 A PROCLAMATION TO AMEND THE OFFICE FOR THE SALE OF GOVERNMENT - OWNED HOUSES ESTABLISHMENT PROCLAMATION WHEREAS , it has become necessary to further amend Establishment Proclamation ; NOW , THEREFORE , in accordance with Article 55 ( 1 ) of the Constitution , it is hereby proclaimed as follows : 1 . Short Title This Proclamation may be cited as the Office for the Sale of Government - Owned Houses Establishment ( Amend ment ) Proclamation No . 51 / 1996 . ” Amendment The Office for the Sale of Government - Owned Houses Establishment Proclamation No . 112 / 1995 ( as amended ) is further amended as follows : 1 ) The following new sub - Article ( 5 ) is added after sub Article ( 4 ) of Article 9 : “ 5 ) approve the organizational structure of the Office and directives on its staff regulation prepared in line with the basic principles of federal civil service laws , ” Unit Price www .
