OF THE FEDERAL DEMOCRATIC REPUBLIC OF ETHIOPIA 5th Year No. 31 ADDIS ABABA - 21st January , 1999 CONTENTS Proclamation No. 151/1999 Ethiopian Film Corporation dissolution Proclamation Page 964 PROCLAMATION NO 151/1999 A PROCLAMATION TO DISSOLVE THE ETHIOPIAN FILM CORPORTATION WHEREAS , it has become necessary to dissolve the Ethiopian Film corporation established by Proclamation No. 306/1986 ; NOW , THEREFORE , in accordance with Article 55 ( 1 ) of the Constitution of the Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia , it is hereby proclaimed as follows : 1. Short Title This Proclamation may be cited as the “ ' Ethiopian Film rporation dissolution Proclamation No. 151/1999 ” 1 ) The Ethiopian Film Corporation established by proclamation No. 306/1986 is hereby dissolved . 2 ) Articles 41,42,43,44 and 45 of Proclamation No. 251 1992 shall apply with respect to the dissolution of , and auditing of the accounts of the Corporation . 3 ) The powers of the supervising Authority specified in the public Enterprises proclamation No. 25/1992 shall be exercised by the Ministry of Information and Culture with respect to the dissolution of , and auditing of the accounts of the Corporation . Repealed Laws 1 ) Articles 14,15,16,17,18,19,20,21 and 22 of the Ethiopian Film Corporation Proclamation No. 306 / 1986 are hereby deleted . 2 ) Articles 23,24 and 25 of the Proclamation are renumbered as Articles 14,15 and 16 respectively . 4. Effective Date This Proclamation shall come into force as of the 21st day of January , 1999 . Done at Addis Ababa , this 21st day of January , 1999 .
