These Regulations are issued by the Minister of Finance pursuant to authority vested in him by Article 5 (a) of the Customs Import and Export Duties Proclamation, 1943 (Proclamation No. 39 of 1943), as amended.
These Regulations may be cited as the Customs Tariff (2nd Amendment) Regulations 1967.
The Revised Import and Export Tariff published as Legal Notice No. 153 of 1951, as amended, is hereby changed as follows:
" 114. Hessian cloth, " B " twills ,

(a). Imported for manu provided that such sacks are subsequent ly exported and sub proof of the exporta tion of such sacks being given to the Director General of customs by the manu made each 60 days
