NOW THEREFORE, in accordance with Article 83 (1) of the Constitution, it is hereby decreed as follows: 1. Short Title
This Special Decree may be cited as the " Fish Production and Marketing Corporation Establishment Council of State Special Decree No. 13/1989 ".
2. Definitions
In this Special Decree:
1 / " fish " includes any type of fish, used for human con sumption or other purposes, and their eggs, crusta ceans, molluscs, corals and other acquatic creatures of similar biological characteristics ;
