OF THE POLITICAL PARTIES REGISTRATION PROCLAMATION
WHEREAS it has become necessary to amend the Political Parties Registration Proclamation No. 46/1993 ;
NOW, THEREFORE, in accordance with Article 9 (d) of the Transitional Period Charter, it is hereby proclaimed as follows:
This Proclamation may be cited as the " Political Parties Registration Amendment Proclamation No. 82/1994. "

The Political Parties Registration Proclamation No.46 / 1993 is hereby amended as follows:
The word " Commission " appearing in sub - article 5 of Article 2 is hereby deleted and replaced by the phrase: “ National Election Board ” ;
Part Six of the Proclamation (Articles 32, 33 and 34) is hereby deleted.
