OF THE FEDERAL DEMOCRATIC REPUBLIC OF ETHIOPIA 6 Year No. 45 ADDIS ABABA - 65 July , 2000 CONTENTS Proclamation No. 215/2000 Ethio - Russia Trade Agreement Ratification Proclamation Page 1384 PROCLAMATION No. 2 15/2000 A PROCLAMATION TO RATIFY THE TRADE AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE GOVERNMENT OF THE FEDERAL DEMOCRATIC REPUBLIC OF ETHIOPIA AND THE GOVERNMENT OF THE RUSSIAN FEDERATION WHEREAS , an Agreement , on trade , between the Government of the Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia and the Government of the Russian Federation , was signed in Moscow on the 26''day of November , 1999 ; WHEREAS , it is stipulated in the Agreement that the notification through diplomatic channels by which the con tracting parties inform each other that their respective legal been fulfilled ; WHEREAS , the House of Peoples ' Representatives of the Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia has ratified said NOW , THEREFORE , in accordance with Article 55 ( 1 ) and ( 12 ) of the Constitution , it is hereby proclaimed as follows : Short Title This Proclamation may be cited as the “ Ethio Russia Trade Agreement Ratification Proclamation No. 215/2000 . Ratification of the Agreement The Ethio - Russia Trade Agreement signed in Moscow on the 26th day of November , 1999 , is ratified . Power of the Ministry of Trade and Industry The Ministry of Trade and Industry is hereby empowered to implement the Agreement . 4.
