Page 253 PROCLAMATION NO . 41 / 1996 A PROCLAMATION TO AMEND THE NATIONAL FERTILIZER INDUSTRY AGENCY ESTABLISHMENT PROCLAMATION WHEREAS , it has become necessary to amend the National Fertilizer Industry Agency Establishment Procla mation ; _ NOW , THEREFORE , in accordance with Article 55 ( 1 ) of the Constitution of the Federal Democratic Republic of | Ethiopia , it is hereby proclaimed as follows : | 1 . Short Title This Proclamation may be cited as the National Fertilizer Industry Agency Estabishment ( Amendment ) Procla mation No . 41 / 1996 . ” 2 . Amendment Article 9 of the National Fertilizer Industry Agency Establishment Proclamation No . 106 / 1994 is hereby deleted and replaced by the following new Article 9 : ••9 . Members of the Board . Members of the Board , including the Chairman thereof , shall be designated by the Government with their number to be determined as necessary . ” 3 .
