A PROCLAMATION TO AMEND THE PETROLEUM PRODUCTS AND LUBRICANTS EXCISE TAX PROCLAMATION, 1967

In accordance with Article 6 of the Definition of Powers of the Provisional Military Administration Council and its Chairman Proclamation No. 2/1974, it is hereby proclaimed as follows:

Short Title
This Proclamation may be cited as the " Petroleum Products and Lubricants Excise Tax (Amendment) Proclamation No. 45/1975 ”.
2. Amendment
Article 4 (2) of the Petroleum Products and Lubricants Excise Tax Proclamation, 1967, (Proclamation No. 249 / 1967) is deleted and replaced by the following new sub article (2):
