WHEREAS a Loan Agreement between the Government of Ethiopia and the International Fund for Agricultural Deve lopment stipulating that the International Fund for Agricul tural Development provide to the Government of Ethiopia a loan equivalent to SDR 7,550.000 (seven million five hund red and fifty thousand Special Drawing Rights) for financ ing the Southern Region Cooperatives Development and Credit Project was signed in Rome, Italy on the 1st day of February
WHEREAS said Loan Agreement has ben ratified by the Council of Kepresentatives of the Transitional Government of Ethiopia:
NOW, THEREFORE, in accordance with Article 9 (d) and (h) of the Transitional Period Charter, it is hereby proclai med as follows ;
1. Short Title
This Proclamation may be cited as the " International Fund for Agricultural Development Loan Agreement for Financ ing the Southern Region Cooperatives Development and Credit Project Ratification Proclamation No. 99/1994 ".
