PROCLAMATION NO. 563/2008.
A PROCLAMATION TO RATIFY THE AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE FEDERAL DEMOCRATIC REPUBLIC OF ETHIOPIA AND THE INTERNATIONAL FUND FOR AGRICUTURAL DEVELOPMENT
WHEREAS, a Programme Financing Agreement, between the Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia and the that the International Fund for Agricultural Development
loan in an amount not exceeding SDR 13,300,000 (thirteen million three hundred thousand Special Drawing Rights) for
programme was signed in Rome on the 13th day of June
NOW, THEREFORE, in accordance with Article 55 (1) and (12) of the Constitution of the Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia it is hereby proclaimed as follows:
1. Short Title
" International Fund for Agricultural Development Programme Financing Agreement for Participatory Small Scale Irrigation Development Programme Ratification Proclamation No.563 / 2008 ”.
