1. These Regulations are issued by the Minister of Finance pursuant to authority vested in him by Article 5 (a) of the Customs Import and Export Duties Proclamation, 1943 (Proclamation No. 39 of 1943), as amended.
2. These Regulations may be cited as the " Customs Tariff (Amendment) Regulations, 1969. ”
3. The term " Tariff " as used in these Regulations means the Revised Import and Export Tarif published as Legal No tice No. 153 of 1951, as amended.
4. Articles 5, 8, 12, 15, 17, 20, 21, 22, 23, 29, 31, 32, 33, 35, 211, 213, 214, 230 (a) including the “ Note ” thereto, 230 (b) and (c), 233, 234, 241, 242, 244, 252, 257, 259, 269 (b) 340, 348, 349, 350, 359, 363, 364, 370, 384 (b), 403, 408, 409, 410, 411 and 429 are hereby deleted and replaced by the following new Articles of the same enumeration:
