PROCLAMATION NO. 585/2008.
A PROCLAMATION TO RATIFY THE AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE FEDERAL DEMOCRATIC REPUBLIC OF
ETHIOPIA AND THE CZECH REPUBLIC FOR THE AVOIDANCE OF DOUBLE TAXATION AND THE PREVENTION OF FISCAL EVASION WITH RESPECT TO TAXES ON INCOME
NOW, THEREFORE, in accordance with Article hereby proclaimed as follows:
1. Short Title
WHEREAS, the Agreement for the Avoidance of Double Taxation and the Prevention of Fiscal Evasion with Respect to Taxes on Income (the Convention) was signed between the Government of the Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia and the Government of the Czech Republic in Addis Ababa on the 25th day of July 2007 ;
WHEREAS, the House of Peoples ' Representatives
This Proclamation may be cited as the " Agreement etween the Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia and the Czech Republic for the Avoidance of Double Taxation and the Prevention of Fiscal Evasion with Respect to Taxes on Income Ratification Proclamation No. 585 / 2008 ".
