A PROCLAMATION TO AMEND FUEL PRICE STABILIZATION FUND ESTABLISHEMENT PROCLAMATION Stablization Fund Establishment Proclamation ; NOW , THEREFORE , in accordance with Article 55 ( 1 ) of the Constitution of the Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia , 1. Short Title Proclamation cited " Fuel Price Stablization Fund Establishment ( Amendment ) Proclamation No.342 / 2003 . ” Article 3 of the Fuel Price Stablization Fund Establish ment Proclamation No. 247/2001 cancelled and replaced by the following new Article 3 . “ 3. Objectives of the Fund The Objectives of the Fund shall be 1 ) to stablize fuel price by subsidizing the additional cost required due to escalation of fuel price in the international market . 2 ) to finance activities which are in the priority list of the Government with out contradicting the objec tives of fule price stablization fund . " Effective Date This Proclamation shall enter into force as of the 27 " day of May , 2003 . Done at Addis Ababa , this 27 " day of May , 2003 .
