PROCLAMATION No. 141 OF 1978
A PROCLAMATION TO AMEND THE ALL - ETHIOPIA PEASANT ASSOCIATION
PROCLAMATION
In accordance with Article 5 (6) of the Re - definition of Powers and Responsibilities of the Provisional Military Admi nistration Council and the Council of Ministers Proclamation No. 110/1977, it is hereby proclaimed as follows:

1. Short Title
This Proclamation may be cited as the " All - Ethiopia Peasant Association Proclamation Amendment Proclamation No. 141/1978. ”
2. Amendment
clamation No. 130/1977 is hereby repealed and replaced by the following new Article 21:
“ 21. Membership
1. The general assembly shall elect members of the Executive Committee from among its members.
2. The Executive Committee shall comprise of two elected members from among representatives of every administrative region. The number of the members of the Committee shall be twenty eight.
3. The general assembly shall elect the chairman, vice - chairman, secretary general, treasurer and representatives of permanent committees from among members of the Executive Committee. "
3. Effective Date
This Proclamation shall come into force on the date of
