Under this Proclamation there is hereby appropriated from public revenues and other funds, for the purposes and ser vices set forth in the Schedule hereto the additional
amount of Birr 96,282,892 (ninety six million two hundred eighty two thousand eight hundred ninety two) for the fiscal year ending 30 Sene 1969 (7 July 1977).
The Minister of Finance is hereby authorized from time to time during the fiscal year 1969 E.C., upon the request of Ministers or Heads of various governmental departments concerned, to pay out of the public revenues and other funds the amounts appropriated for purposes and services specified herein.
Sub - articles (d) and (e) of Article 4 of the 1969 E.C. Budget Proclamation No. 101/1976 are hereby repealed. Done at Addis Ababa, this 20th day of June, 1978
