A PROCLAMATION TO RATIFY THE ETHIO SUDAN AND YEMEN MARITIME AFFAIRS AGREEMENT WHEREAS , the Agreement on Maritime Affairs Yemen was signed in Khartoum on the 27th day of December 2004 ; WHEREAS , the House of Peoples ' Representatives day of June , 2005 ; NOW , THEREFORE , in accordance with Article 55 Sub Articles ( 1 ) and ( 12 ) of the Constitution , it is hereby proclaimed as follows ; 1. Short Title This Proclamation may be cited as the “ Ethio Tripartite Maritime Affairs Cooperation Agreement Proclamation Unit Price The African Law Archive 2. Ratification of the Agreement The Ethio - Sudan - Yemen Tripartite Maritime Affairs Cooperation Agreement signed in Khartoum on the 27th day of December , 2005 is hereby ratified ; 3. Power of the Ministry of Trade and Industry The Ministry of Trade and Industry is hereby empowered to implement this Agreement . Effective Date The Proclamation shall enter into force as of the 30 day of June , 2005 .
