CONTENT
A PROCLAMATION TO PROVIDE FOR THE
AMENDMENT OF THE VITAL EVENTS REGISTRATION AND NATIONAL ID PROCLAMATION
WHEREAS it has become necessary to amend Vital Events Registration and National ID Proclamation No. 760/2012 to avoid service delivery gaps identified during vital event registration and in order to make the service comprehensive.
NOW, THEREFORE, in accordance with Article 55 (1) of the hereby proclaimed as follows; 1. Short Title
This Proclamation may be cited as the " Vital Events Registration Proclamation No 1049/2017 ". 2. Amendment
The Vital Events Registration and National Identity Card Proclamation No.760 / 2012 is hereby amended as follows:
