OF THE FEDERAL DEMOCRATIC REPUBLIC OF ETHIOPIA 9th Year No. 45 ADDIS ABABA - 84 April , 2003 CONTENTS Proclamation No. 325/2003 Ratification of the Agreement between the Govern ment of the Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia and the Government of the Republic of Turkey on Cooperation in the Field of Health Proclamation Page 2141 PROCLAMATION NO . 325/2003 A PROCLAMATION FOR THE RATIFICATION OF THE AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE GOVERNMENT OF THE FEDERAL DEMOCRATIC REPUBLIC OF ETHIOPIA AND THE GOVERNMENT OF THE REPUBLIC OF TURKEY ON COOPERATION IN THE FIELD OF HEALTH WHEREAS , the Government of the Federal Democratic the Government of the Republic of Turkey for the promotion of friendly relations and cooperations among the people of the two countries ; WHEREAS , the Government of Ethiopia has expressed its willingness to develop cooperations in various fields in WHEREAS , the House of Peoples ' Representatives of the Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia has accepted the ment of the Republic of Turkey on Cooperation in the Field of Health at its session held on 841 day of April , 2003 ; NOW , THEREFORE , in accordance with Article 55 Sub - Article ( 1 ) and ( 12 ) of the Constitution of the Federal follows . Short Title This Proclamation may be cited as “ The Ratification of the Agreement between the Government of the Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia and the Government of the Republic of Turkey on Cooperation in the field of Health Proclamation No. 325/2003 . Ratification of the Agreement Agreement between the Government of the Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia and the Government of the Republic of Turkey on Cooperation in the Field of Health signed on 13th March 2000 , is hereby ratified by the Government of the Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia . The Ethiopian Ministry of Health is hereby empowered to implement this treaty . 4. Effective Date This Proclamation shall come into force as of the 8 ' " day of April , 2003 .
