A PROCLAMATION TO PROVIDE FOR THE REPEAL OF THE INSTITUTE FOR THE STUDY OF ETHIOPIAN NATIONALITIES ESTABLISHMENT PROCLAMATION

WHEREAS, accordingly, it is necessary to repeal the Proclamation under which the Institute was established ;
NOW, THEREFORE, in accordance with Article 9 (d) of the Transitional Period Charter, it is hereby proclaimed as follows:
This Proclamation may be cited as the " Institute for the Study of Ethiopian Nationalities Establishment Proclama tion Repeal Proclamation No. 76/1993. "
Repeal
The Institute for the Study of Ethiopian Nationalities Establishment Proclamation No. 236/1975 is hereby repealed.
Transfer of rights and duties
The rights and duties of the Institute for the Study of Ethiopian Nationalities are hereby transfered to the National Election Board Established under the Electoral Law of Ethiopia Proclamation No. 64/1993.
