PROCLAMATION No. 151 OF 1978
BUDGET PROCLAMATION FOR THE GOVERNMENT SERVICES
In accordance with Article 5, sub - articles (2) and (6) of the Redefinition of Powers and Responsibilities of the Provisional Military Administrative Council and the Council of Ministers Proclamation No. 110/1977, it is hereby proclaimed as follows:
1) This Proclamation may be cited as the " 1971 E.C. Budget Proclamation No 151/1978. ”.
2) Under this Proclamation there is hereby appropriated from public revenues and other funds, for the purposes and services set forth in the Schedule hereto, the amount of Birr 2,118,821,312 (two billion one hundred eighteen million eight hundred twenty one thousand three hundred
twelve) for the fiscal year ending 30 Sene, 1971 (7 July ,
3) The Minister of Finance is hereby authorized and required, from time to time, upon the request of the Ministers or Heads of the various Governmental Departments concern ed to pay out of the public revenues and other funds the amounts appropriated for purposes and services specified herein.
