Proclamation No. 1017/2017
A PROCLAMATION TO RATIFY THE GENERAL COOPERATION AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE GOVERNMENT OF THE FEDERAL DEMOCRATIC OF THE REPUBLIC OF GHANA
WHEREAS, the General Cooperation Agreement between the Government of the Federal Democratic Republic of Ghana was singed in Accra on the 13th day of January 2014 ;
NOW, THEREFORE, in accordance with Article 55 (1) and (12) of the Constitution of the Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia, it is hereby proclaimed as follows:
1. Short Title
This Proclamation may be cited as " General cooperation Agreement between the Government and the Government of the Republic of Ghana
