Page 1005 PROCLAMATION NO . 160/1999 A PROCLAMATION TO PROVIDE FOR THE REPEAL OF THE EDUCATION MATERIALS PRODUCTION AND DISTRIBUTION AGENCY ESTABLISHMENT PROCLAMATION WHEREAS , it has become necessary to repeal the Education Materials Production and Distribution Agency Es tablishment Proclamation ; NOW , THEREFORE , in accordance with Article 55 ( 1 ) of the Constitution of the Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia , it is hereby proclaimed as follows : Short Title This proclamation may be cited as the “ Education Materials Production Distribution Agency Establishment Proclamation Repealing Proclamation No. 160/1999 . " 2. Repeal The Education Materials Production and Distribution Agency Establishment Proclamation No. 266/1984 is hereby repealed . 3.
