WHEREAS , it is stipulated in the Agreement that it shall enter into force on the date the government of Ethiopia notifies the government of the United States of America of the ratification , through diplomatic channels ; WHEREAS , the House of the Peoples ' Representatives of the Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia has ratified the said Agreement at its session held on 8th day of April , NOW , THEREFORE , In accordance with Article 55 Democratice Republic of Ethiopia , it is hereby proclaimed as follows . Short Title This proclamation may be cited as " The Investment Incentive Agreement with the government of the United States America Ratification Proclamation No. 324/2003 . ” 2. Ratification of the Agreement The Investment Incentive Agreement signed in : Alles Ababa on October 24 , 2000 between the governmeni oi ment of the United States of America is ratified .
