ORDER No. 41 of 1965
An Order to Repeal the
Charter of Ethiopian Air Lines, Incorporated
WHEREAS, the appropriate assets of Ethiopian Air
liabilities and obligations of said company have been assum ed by, Ethiopian Airlines Share Company; and
CONQUERING LION OF THE TRIBE OF JUDAH HAILE SELASSIE I
ELECT OF GOD, EMPEROR OF ETHIOPIA
WHEREAS, Ethiopian Air Lines Share Company, has been created as the successor company to Ethiopian Air Lines, Incorporated; and
WHEREAS, Ethiopian Air Lines, Incorporated has ceased to carry on business; and
WHEREAS, a resolution approving and authorizing the dissolution of Ethiopian Air Lines, Incorporated has been adopted by the Board of Directors thereof and approved by Our Council of Ministers:
NOW, THEREFORE, in accordance with Article 27 of Our Revised Constitution and on the advice of Our Council of Ministers, We hereby order as follows:
Charter (Repeal) Order, 1965. ”
The following are hereby repealed:
(1) the Charter of the Ethiopian Air Lines, Incorporated (General Notice No. 59 of 1945); and
(2) General Notice No. 6l of 1945.
