A PROCLAMATION TO APPROVE A LOAN AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE PROVISIONAL MILITARY
SOCIALIST PEOPLE'S LIBYAN ARAB JAMAHIRIYAH
WHEREAS, a Loan Agreement between the Provisional
People's Libyan Arab Jamahiriyah providing for the granting by the Socialist People's Libyan Arab Jamahiriyah to the Provisional

CONTENTS
Socialist People's Libyan Arab Jamahiriyah Loan Agreement Proclamation
WHEREAS, said Loan Agreement has been submitted to the Council of Ministers for approval and has obtained its approval; and
WHEREAS, the Provisional Military Administration Council on the 20th day of August, 1977 has ratified the said Loan Agreement ;

NOW, THEREFORE, in - accordance with Article 5 (6) of the Redefinition of the Powers and Responsibilities of the Provisional Military Administration Council and the Council of Ministers Proclamation No. 110/1977 it is hereby proclaimed as follows:

Short Title
This Proclamation may be cited as the " Socialist People's Libyan Arab Jamahiriyah Loan Agreement Proclamation No. 123/1977. ”
In this Proclamation, “ Loan Agreement ” shall mean the Loan Agreement between the Provisional Military Govern ment of Socialist Ethiopia and the Socialist People's Libyan Arab Jamahiriyah signed on the 27th day of July, 1977.
