Short Title This Proclamation may be cited as the " Institute of Bio diversity Conservation and Research Establishment ( Amendment ) Proclamation No. 167/1999 . ” 1 / Article 15 of the Institute of Biodiversity Conservation and Research Etablishment Proclamation No. 120/1998 with respect to Wildlife Conservation and Develop ment Organization is hereby repealed . 21 The wildlife Conservation and Development Authority shall continue to carry out its functions in accordance with the Wildlife Conservation and Development Proclamation No. 192/1980 ( as amended ) . 3.
