A PROCLAMATION TO APPROVE A LOAN AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE PROVISIONAL MILITARY GOVERNMENT
AND THE AFRICAN DEVELOPMENT FUND
Development Fund to the Provisional Military Government of Socialist Ethiopia of a loan of an amount equivalent to
Wush Wush Tea Project in Kaffa Administrative Region was signed at Abidjan on the 12th day of December 1980 ;

NOW, THEREFORE, in accordance with Article 5 (6) of the Redefinition of Powers and Responsibilities of the Provisional Military Administrative Council and the Council of Ministers Proclamation No. 110/1977, it is hereby proclaim ed as follows:
Short Title
This Proclamation may be cited as the " African Develop ment Fund Loan for the Wush Wush Tea Project Approval Proclamation No. 202/1981. ”
