Short Title This Proclamation may be cited as the “ Ethio - Yemen Economic , Scientific and Technical Cooperation and Trade Relations Agreement Ratification Proclamation No. 174/1999 . ” Unit Price The African Law Archive 2. Ratification of the Agreement The Agreement on Economic , scientific and Technical Cooperation and Trade Relations between the Govern ment of the Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia and the Government of the Republic of Yemen singed at Sanna'a on the 15th day of April , 1999 is ratified . 3. , Power of the Minister of Economic Development and Cooperation The Minister of Economic Development and Cooperation is hereby empowered to implement the Agreement . 4. Effective Date This Proclamation shall enter into force as of the 22nd day of June , 1999 . Done at Addis Ababa , this 22nd day of June , 1999 .
