These Regulations are issued by the Ministry of Justice pur suant to authority vested in him by Article 4 (2) of the Criminal Procedure Code of 1961.

Short Title
These Regulations may be cited as the " Criminal Procedure Code Amendment Regulations No. 17/1975. "
Amendment
The First Schedule of the Criminal Procedure Code of 1961 is hereby amended as follows:
The offences defined in the articles of the Penal Code of 1957 enumerated in the first column of the Schedule below shall fall within the jurisdiction of the court indicated against it in the third column.
