A PROCLAMATION TO AMEND THE DEFINITION OF POWERS AND RESPONSIBILITIES OF MINISTERS PROCLAMATION

WHEREAS, it has become necessary to amend the Defi nition of Powers and Responsibilities of Ministers Proclamation No. 127/1977 ;
NOW, THEREFORE, in accordance with Article 5 (6) of the Redefinition of Powers and Responsibilities of the Pro visional Military Administrative Council and the Council of Ministers Proclamation No. 110/1977 it is hereby proclaimed as follows:
Short Title
This Proclamation may be cited as the " Definition of Powers and Responsibilities of Ministers Amendment Pro
2. Amendment
The Definition of Powers and Responsibilities of Ministers Proclamation No. 127/1977 is hereby amended as follows: 1) The former Article 5 is hereby deleted and replaced by the following new Article 5:
" 5. The Office of the Chairman of the Council of Ministers
1) The Office of the Chairman of the Council of Ministers shall be headed by a Deputy Chairman. The Deputy Chairman shall be responsible to the Chairman of the Council of Ministers and shall ;
a) implement the decisions of the Provi sional Military Administration Council transmitted to the Office ;
