PROCLAMATION NO. 564/2008.
A PROCLAMATION TO RATIFY THE FINAN CING AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE FEDERAL DEMOCRATIC REPUBLIC OF ETHIOPIA AND THE INTERNATIONAL DEVELOPMENT
ratified the said Agreement at its session held on the 17h day of January, 2008;
NOW, THEREFORE, in accordance with Article 55 (1)
Republic of Ethiopia it is hereby proclaimed as follows:
WHEREAS, a Financing Agreement, between the Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia and the International Development Association provide to the Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia a Loan in an amount not exceeding SDR 65,600,000 (sixty five million six hundred thousand Special Drawing Rights) for financing irrigation and drainage project, was signed in Addis Ababa on the 13th day of July 2007 ;
