Short Title This Proclamation may be cited as the “ Ethio - Yemen Industrial Cooperation Agreement Ratification Proclamation No. 184/1999 . ” 2. Ratification of the Agreement The Industrial Cooperation Agreement between the Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia and the Republic of Yemen signed in Sanna'a , on the 15th day of April , 1999 , is ratified .
