A PROCLAMATION TO RATIFY THE AGREEMENT SIGNED ON THE PROMOTION AND PROTECTION OF INVESTMENTS WITH THE GOVERNMENT OF THE REPUBLIC OF AUSTRIA WHEREAS , the Agreement on Promotion and of Investments between Federal ለመስጠት | Democratic Republic of Ethiopia and the Republic of ዓ.ም በቬይና | Austria is signed in Vienna on 12 November 2004 ; enter into force on the date of exchange of instruments of WHEREAS , the House of Peoples ' Representatives of ፌዴራላዊ | the Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia has ratified NOW , THEREFORE , in accordance with Article 55 Sub it is hereb ; proclaimed as follows ; 1. Short Title This Proclamation may be cited as “ Investment Promotion and Protection Agreement with the Republic Austria Ratification Proclamation No.460 / 2005 . ” Unit Price The African Law Archive 2. Ratification of the Agreement The Agreement on the Promotion and Protection of Investments signed in Vienna on 12th November 2004 between the Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia and the Republic of Austria is ratified ; 3. Responsibility of the Ethiopian Investment Commission The Ethiopian Investment Commission is hereby empowered to implement this Agreement . Effective Date The Proclamation shall enter into force as of 30th day of June , 2005 .
