WHEREAS, the Protocol on Technical, Scientific and Economic Cooperation in the field of Agriculture Between the Government of the Federal Democratic
been signed in Ankara on the 8th day of February 2007 ;
1. Short Title
NOW, THEREFORE, in accordance with Article 55 (1) and (12) of the Constitution of the Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia, it is hereby proclaimed as follows:
