PROCLAMATION No. 73/1993
A PROCLAMATION TO AMEND THE DEFINITION OF POWERS AND DUTIES OF THE CENTRAL AND REGIONAL EXECUTIVE ORGANS OF THE PROCLAMATION
WHEREAS, it is deemed appropriate to create a strong, law enforcement organ compatible with the existing government structure by way of merging the functions of prosecution with that of the Ministry of Justice ;
NOW, THEREFORE, in accordance with Article 9 (d) of the Transitional Period Charter, it is hereby proclaimed as fol lows:
1. Short Title
This Proclamation may be cited as the " Definition of Powers and Duties of the Central and Regional Executive ment) Proclamation No. 73/1993. "
2. Amendment
Article 23 of the Definition of Powers and Duties of the Central and Rgional Executive Organs of the Transitional Government of Ethiopia Proclamation No. 41/1993 is hereby deleted and replaced by the following new Article
