WHEREAS it is necessary to provide for the development of hotels with a view to adequately serving domestic and foreign tourists and others, broadening and expanding hotel services and

WHEHEAS it is necessary to create appropriate conditions for the expansion of hotel services and encourage non - govern mental participation with a view to making the country's economy benefit from this sector ;

WHEREAS to this end, it has become necessary to enact
a law regulating non - governmental participation in the provi sion of hotel services in accordance with the country's central plan ;
NOW THEREFORE, in accordance with Article 83 (1) of the Constitution, it is hereby decreed as follows:
Short Title
This Special Decree may be cited as the " Hotel Services Development Council of State Special Decree No. 10 /
