Short Title This Regulation may be cited as the “ Ethiopian Telecommunications Corporation Establishment Regulation Amendment Council of Ministers Regulation No. 99/2004 . ” 2. Amendment The Ethiopian Telecommunications Corporation Es tablishment Council of Ministers Regulation No. 10 / 1996 is hereby amended as follows : Article 6 is repealed and replaced by the following new Article 6 : “ 6. The authorized capital of the Corporation is Birr 5,200,000,000 ( five billion two hundred million Birr ) of which Birr 1,832,838,762 ( one billion eight hundred thirty two million eight hundred thirty eitht thousand seven hundred sixty two Birr ) is paid up in cash and in kind . " 3. Effective Date This Regulation shall come into force on the date of its Done at Addis Ababa , this 15 Day of March 2004 .
