A PROCLAMATION TO RATIFY THE STANDARD BASIC COOPERATION AGREEMENT CONCLUDED BETWEEN THE TRANSITIONAL GOVERNMENT CHILDREN'S FUND (UNICEF)
WHEREAS, the Standard Basic Cooperation Agreement (the agreement) between the Transitional Government of Ethio pia and UNICEF was signed in New York on the 25th day of February 1994 ;
WHEREAS the Council of Representatives of the Transi tional Government of Ethiopia has ratified the said Agreement ;

NOW, THEREFORE, in accordance with Article 9 (d) and (h) of the Transitional Period Charter, it is hereby pro claimed as follows ;
1. Short Title
This Proclamation may be cited as the " The Standard Basic Cooperation Agreement between the Transitional Govern ment of Ethiopia and UNICEF Ratification Proclamation No. 102/1994. ”
2. Ratification of the Agreement
The Standard Basic Cooperation Agreement between the Transitional Government of Ethiopia and UNICEF signed in New York on the 25th day of February 1994 is ratified.
