Short Title This Proclamation may be cited as the “ Ratification of the Protocol Relating to the Establishment of the Peace and Security Council of the African Union Proclamation No. 333/2003 . ” " Ratification " includes accession to the Protocol . Ratification of the Protocol The Protocol Relating to the Establishment of the Peace and Security council of the African Union adopted at Durban , South Africa , on 9th July , 2002 , is hereby ratified by the House of Peoples ' Representatives of the Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia . 4.
